A delegation on behalf of group of eminent retired IAS officers submitted Memorandum and Recommendations for Prevention of Mob Lynching, particularly by Cow Vigilante groups. The Recommendations would be considered by High Level Committee of Ministry of Home Affairs formed under the direction of the Supreme Court.
