I congratulate and admire President Maithripala Srisena for imposing emergency to control anti-Muslim riots. I also salute the large number of Sinhalese Buddhist monks and activists who staged a big demonstration in Colombo denouncing hate campaign started by fanatic Amith Weerasinghe, who has been arrested. Myanmar should take a lesson from Sri Lanka.
