Heartiest congratulations to Congress President Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji for announcing Minimum Income Guarantee to poor people of India. It would be a great welfare measure to end poverty and hunger from India. About 40% of people live below the poverty line and about 20 crore people go to sleep without food. It is a courageous initiative of Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji. People believe in him. I am sure UPA will form the next Government. This scheme will succeed as 10 families of India have amassed 50% wealth of India.
